❓ Can I fully customise my Senior Jacket?

Yes — every Senior Jacket is 100% made to order. You can customise virtually every element:

• Body fabric and sleeve fabric (independent choices)

• Front chest: your initial, name, or logo
• Back: school/university name, graduation year, custom design or artwork

❓ Do I need to have a design ready before I contact you?

No. You do not need to have a finished design. Our team will work with you to create a design from scratch. Simply share your ideas, preferred colours, fabric choice, and any logos or images, and our designers will send you a digital mockup for approval before anything goes to production.

❓ Can different students in the same order have different designs or sizes?

Yes. Students within the same group order can have different fabrics (e.g., some cotton, some leather sleeves), different colour combinations, different sizes, and individually personalised names on the front, back, and lining. This is part of our standard service at no extra charge.

❓ Can I add a custom logo or school crest to the jacket?

Yes. We can embroider your school crest, university logo, or any custom logo onto the jacket. Every jacket includes 2 standard patches/add-ons for free (chosen from: crossed swords & palm, numbers, country flags, simple initials/text, exit stamp). Additional standard patches beyond 2 are SAR 30 each. Photo or character patches (e.g., a portrait or illustrated design) are SAR 50 each.

❓ Do you offer hoodies and sportswear in addition to jackets?

Yes. We offer custom cotton hoodies (SAR 290 / AED 290 / BHD 29 / QAR 290 per piece) and custom cotton sweatpants (SAR 250 / AED 250 per piece). Like our jackets, all hoodies and sportswear items are fully customisable with names, logos, and designs. Pricing includes design and free shipping.

❓ What fabrics are available for Senior Jackets?

We offer the following fabrics for the jacket body and sleeves (which can be mixed and matched):

• Real / genuine leather — premium natural leather sleeves or full jacket
• Faux / synthetic leather — smooth, durable and more affordable than real leather

❓ What is the difference between real leather and faux leather sleeves?

Real (genuine) leather sleeves are made from natural animal hide — they are thicker, more durable, develop a unique patina over time, and have a richer feel. Faux (synthetic/artificial) leather is made from a polyurethane material — it is lighter, softer to the touch, and more affordable. Faux leather is our best-seller for sleeve combinations because it is smooth, looks great, and suits the GCC climate. If you prefer a heavier, more traditional feel, real leather is the premium choice.

❓ Can I mix different fabrics on the same jacket?

Yes — this is extremely popular and is our standard offering. The most common combinations are a soft cotton body with faux leather sleeves, and a wool body with real leather sleeves. You can choose any fabric for the body and an independent fabric for the sleeves.

❓ Can different students in the same order choose different fabrics?

Yes. Some students may want a cotton body with faux leather sleeves while others want a full-wool jacket — both can be included in the same group order. Just let us know each student's preference when you submit the order details.

❓ Can I choose the inside lining fabric?

Yes. The inside lining can be customised too — common choices include satin lining, and we can personalise the lining with each student's name printed or embroidered on the inside.

❓ How much does a Senior Jacket cost?

Prices vary by fabric type. All prices below include full custom design and free shipping. Prices are shown in SAR (Saudi Riyals); equivalent pricing is available in AED, BHD, OMR, KWD, QAR and USD — please contact us for your local currency.

Yes. Orders of 8 jackets or more automatically qualify for a group rate — the per-piece price shown above is already our group pricing. The more jackets you order, the better the rate. Contact us with your quantity and we will provide an exact quote.

❓ Does the price include the design?

Yes. The price of every jacket includes our full custom design service — from initial concept to final digital mockup and all revisions. There are no separate design fees for standard embroidery (names, text, logos, numbers).

❓ Are there any extra charges I should know about?

• Standard patches / add-ons: first 2 are FREE per jacket (crossed swords & palm, numbers, flags, simple initials, exit stamp). Each additional standard patch beyond 2 is SAR 30.
• Photo or character patches (portraits, illustrated designs, logos): SAR 50 per patch
• Customs / import duties: charged by your country's customs authority upon delivery — outside Senior Jackets' control

❓ Do you charge for shipping?

No — shipping is free on all orders. The jacket price is all-inclusive (design + free international shipping). Customs fees, if applicable in your country, are the only additional cost.

❓ Do you offer a discount for placing a large group order?

Yes. Bulk orders of 8+ jackets receive group pricing. If your order is very large (50+ jackets), contact us directly for a custom quote — we can often offer additional savings for very large cohorts.

5. How to Order

❓ How do I order custom Senior Jackets for my group?

Ordering is simple and fully guided. Here is the step-by-step process:

• Share your design ideas: preferred fabric, colours, school name, graduation year, and any logos or images
• Our design team creates a digital mockup — usually within 1–2 business days
• Review and approve the design (revisions are welcome at no extra cost)
• Send us your full student list: full name, size, and any individual customisation (e.g., different fabric per student)
• Pay a 50% deposit via bank transfer to confirm your order and start production
• We begin manufacturing — production takes approximately 5–7 weeks
• Pay the remaining 50% before your jackets are shipped
• Jackets are shipped directly to you (1–5 working days after dispatch)

❓ What information do I need to provide when placing an order?

• School / university / group name

❓ Can I place an order for just one jacket?

Yes — we accept individual and small orders. There is no hard minimum. However, the pricing structure changes based on quantity:

• Under 8 jackets: SAR 500 per jacket (flat rate, regardless of fabric choice), with free shipping and design included

• 8 jackets or more: fabric-based pricing applies (see the price table above), which can be significantly lower per piece

So while you can order a single jacket, your best value comes at 8 pieces and above.

❓ What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no strict minimum — we accept orders of any size. For orders under 8 jackets, the price is SAR 500 per jacket (flat rate, all fabrics). For orders of 8 or more, the fabric-based tiered pricing applies, which gives you a better per-piece rate. The larger your group, the better the price.

❓ Can I add more students to my order after placing it?

Yes — additions are possible before production begins. Once manufacturing has started, significant changes may not be possible, so it is best to finalise your student list before the 50% deposit payment.

❓ Can I place an order as an individual representative for my class, and have classmates pay separately?

Yes — this is our most common order type. One class representative (the group organiser) handles communication with us and collects the design details and sizes from classmates. Individual students can transfer their share of the payment directly, or the organiser can consolidate. We are very experienced with this process and will guide you through it.

6. Sizing

❓ What sizes are available for Senior Jackets?

We offer a full size range: XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL, and XXXL. Sizes are available for both men and women. If you need a size outside this range or require custom measurements for a specific fit, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

❓ How do I choose the right size?

We recommend each student provides their current clothing size (S, M, L, XL etc). For the best fit, share your chest measurement (in centimetres) and we can advise on the most suitable size. Our jackets generally fit true to standard GCC/international sizing.

❓ Can students in the same order have different sizes?

Yes — each student in a group order can have a completely different size. When you submit your student list, simply include the size next to each name (e.g., Ali – L, Fatima – M, Sara – XL).

❓ Can I request a sample jacket to check the fit before placing a full order?

Yes — we can produce a sample jacket for you. A sample is priced at SAR 500 (same as a standard jacket), and it includes design and free shipping. The sample allows you to verify the fit, fabric feel, and design before committing to the full batch. For large group orders, many coordinators request a sample first. Please let us know when enquiring and we will arrange it.

7. Production & Delivery Time

❓ How long does it take to receive my Senior Jackets?

Total time from order confirmation to delivery is typically 6–8 weeks:

• Production: approximately 5–7 weeks (after your 50% deposit is received and design is approved)

• Shipping / delivery: 3–7 working days after dispatch

During peak graduation season (typically April–July), production times can run toward the longer end due to high demand. We strongly recommend ordering at least 8 weeks before your event.

❓ When should I place my order to get my jackets on time for graduation?

We strongly recommend placing your order at least 8–10 weeks before your graduation date. This allows time for the design approval process, production (5–7 weeks), and shipping (3–7 working days). Orders placed during peak season (April–June) should allow the most buffer time possible.

❓ Does the production time start from when I contact you or when I pay?

Production begins after two things are confirmed: (1) your 50% deposit payment is received, and (2) the final design is approved by your group. The clock on the 5–7 week production timeline starts from that point. We cannot begin manufacturing without both confirmations.

❓ Can I get my jackets faster if I need them urgently?

Rush production may be possible in some cases depending on our current workload. Please contact us as early as possible and explain your deadline — we will do our best to accommodate urgent timelines, though we cannot guarantee rush delivery in all cases.

❓ Will I receive updates during production?

Yes. Your designated Senior Jackets team member will keep you updated throughout the process — from design approval through to dispatch. You can also reach out at any time via WhatsApp to ask for a status update on your order.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Yes — shipping is free on all orders, regardless of destination. The jacket price you see already includes international door-to-door delivery. The only potential extra cost is customs/import duty charged by your own country's customs authority.

❓ Which courier does Senior Jackets use for delivery?

We use trusted international couriers — primarily DHL, SMSA, UPS, and Aramex. The specific courier depends on your destination country and the size of your shipment. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

❓ How do I track my Senior Jackets order?

Once your jackets are shipped, you will receive a tracking number from us via WhatsApp. You can then track your shipment directly on the courier's website (DHL, SMSA, UPS, or Aramex depending on your shipment). If you have not received your tracking number within the expected timeline, please contact us and we will provide an update.

Shipping typically takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your destination country. GCC shipments are generally at the faster end of this range.

❓ Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

Customs fees and import duties depend entirely on your country's regulations and are not included in our jacket price. If your country's customs authority charges an import fee, you will need to pay this separately upon delivery. Customs charges in the GCC (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, etc.) are typically small. For Egypt or other countries outside the GCC, customs fees may be higher — please check with your local customs authority before ordering.

❓ Do you deliver to all cities within Saudi Arabia?

Yes — we deliver to all cities and regions within Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Al Khobar, Mecca, Medina, Tabuk, Abha, Taif, Qassim, Jizan, and all other areas.

9. Payment

❓ How do I pay for my Senior Jackets order?

We offer two convenient payment methods:

1. Bank wire transfer — we will provide you with our bank account details once your order is confirmed.

2. Credit / Debit Card — we send you a secure payment link; simply enter your card details to pay online. This is a very popular option used by a large portion of our customers.

Both methods are available regardless of your country. We accept SAR, AED, BHD, OMR, KWD, QAR and USD.

❓ Is a deposit required?

Yes. We require a 50% deposit to begin production. The remaining 50% is due before your jackets are shipped. This split-payment structure protects both parties and is standard for all custom manufacturing orders.

❓ Can I pay the full amount upfront?

Yes — if you prefer to pay 100% upfront, you are welcome to do so. However, the 50% deposit is our minimum requirement to start production.

❓ Do you accept cash on delivery (COD)?

No — we do not offer cash on delivery. However, payment is easy and flexible: you can pay by bank transfer or by credit/debit card via a secure payment link that we send you. Both options are widely used by our customers.

❓ Do you accept credit cards or debit cards?

Yes — we absolutely accept credit and debit cards. We send you a secure payment link and you pay online using your Visa, Mastercard, or local card (such as Mada). This is one of our most commonly used payment methods. Simply let us know you would like to pay by card when confirming your order and we will send you the link.

❓ Can I pay in my local currency?

Yes. We accept payment in SAR, AED, KWD, BHD, OMR, QAR and USD. We will quote you in your local currency so you always know exactly what you are paying.

❓ I made a bank transfer — how do I confirm my payment?

After completing your bank transfer, please send us a screenshot or photo of the transfer confirmation via WhatsApp. This allows us to verify receipt quickly and ensures there are no delays in starting your order.

10. Changes, Returns & Issues

❓ Can I make changes to my design or order after placing it?

Design changes and amendments to the student list are welcome before production begins. Once your jackets enter manufacturing, changes may not be possible without affecting the timeline and cost. We strongly recommend reviewing and finalising all design details and student information before paying your deposit.

❓ What happens if there is a mistake on my jacket (wrong name, wrong size, etc.)?

If we have made an error compared to what was approved and confirmed, we will work with you to correct it at no additional cost. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your order details and photos of the issue. We take quality seriously and will resolve genuine manufacturing errors promptly.

❓ Can I return or exchange a jacket?

Because every jacket is made to order with personalised customisation (individual names, specific sizes, unique designs), returns and exchanges are not possible for change-of-mind. However, if your jacket has a manufacturing defect or does not match the approved design, we will remedy the situation. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

❓ What if my jacket arrives damaged?

We package all jackets carefully to prevent damage in transit. In the rare event that a jacket arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the jacket and contact us via WhatsApp immediately. We will work with the courier and with you to find a resolution.

❓ Can I cancel my order after paying a deposit?

Order cancellations after a deposit has been paid are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of production. If production has not yet started, a refund of the deposit may be possible. Once manufacturing has begun, the deposit is generally non-refundable as materials and labour have already been committed. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.

11. Care Instructions

❓ How do I wash my Senior Jacket?

To preserve the quality of your custom embroidery and fabric, we recommend dry cleaning your Senior Jacket at a specialist dry cleaner. If you must wash at home, use the gentlest possible cycle with cold water and turn the jacket inside-out. Do not tumble dry.

❓ Can I iron my Senior Jacket?

Yes — you can use a steam iron on the lowest heat setting. Always iron on the reverse (inside) of the jacket to protect embroidery and patches. Do not apply a hot iron directly to leather sleeves or embroidered areas.

❓ How do I care for leather sleeves?

Leather (both real and faux) should not be soaked in water. Wipe leather sleeves with a slightly damp cloth if needed. For real leather, a leather conditioner applied every few months will help maintain suppleness and prevent cracking. Store the jacket on a padded hanger to keep the shoulder shape.

❓ هل السعر يشمل التصميم؟

نعم. سعر كل جاكيت يتضمن خدمة التصميم المخصص الكاملة — من المفهوم الأولي إلى النموذج الرقمي النهائي وجميع التعديلات. لا توجد رسوم تصميم منفصلة للتطريز القياسي (أسماء، نصوص، شعارات، أرقام).

❓ هل هناك رسوم إضافية يجب أن أعرفها؟

• باتشات التطريز الفوتوغرافي المخصصة: 50 ريال للصورة (مثل تحويل صورة فوتوغرافية إلى باتش مطرز)
• الجمارك / رسوم الاستيراد: تُفرض من قِبل جمارك بلدك عند التسليم — وهي خارج نطاق سيطرة سينيور جاكيتس

٥. كيفية الطلب

❓ كيف أطلب جاكيتات سينيور مخصصة لمجموعتي؟

الطلب بسيط ومُوجَّه بالكامل. إليك الخطوات:

• تواصل معنا عبر واتساب أو انستقرام أو النموذج على www.seniorjackets.com
• شارك أفكار تصميمك: القماش المفضل والألوان واسم المدرسة وسنة التخرج وأي شعارات أو صور
• يُنشئ فريق التصميم لديك نموذجاً رقمياً — عادةً خلال 1–2 يوم عمل
• راجع التصميم ووافق عليه (التعديلات مرحب بها بدون تكلفة إضافية)
• أرسل لنا قائمة الطلاب الكاملة: الاسم الكامل والمقاس وأي تخصيص فردي
• ادفع دفعة أولى بنسبة 50% عبر التحويل البنكي لتأكيد طلبك وبدء الإنتاج
• نبدأ التصنيع — ويستغرق الإنتاج تقريباً 5–7 أسابيع
• ادفع 50% المتبقية قبل شحن جاكيتاتك
• تصل الجاكيتات إليك مباشرة (1–5 أيام عمل بعد الإرسال)

❓ ما الحد الأدنى لعدد الجاكيتات في الطلب؟

لا يوجد حد أدنى صارم — نقبل الطلبات بأي كمية. هيكل التسعير يعتمد على العدد:

• أقل من 8 جاكيتات: 500 ريال سعودي للجاكيت الواحد (سعر ثابت بغض النظر عن نوع القماش)

• 8 جاكيتات أو أكثر: يُطبَّق التسعير المتدرج حسب القماش (انظر جدول الأسعار أعلاه) — وهو أقل سعراً للقطعة

كلما زاد عدد جاكيتاتك، كان السعر للقطعة أفضل.

❓ هل يمكنني إضافة المزيد من الطلاب بعد تقديم الطلب؟

نعم — يمكن إجراء الإضافات قبل بدء الإنتاج. بمجرد بدء التصنيع، قد لا تكون التغييرات الكبيرة ممكنة، لذلك من الأفضل إنهاء قائمة الطلاب قبل الدفع بالدفعة الأولى.

٦. المقاسات

❓ ما هي المقاسات المتاحة لجاكيتات السينيور؟

نقدم مجموعة مقاسات كاملة: XS وS وM وL وXL وXXL وXXXL. المقاسات متاحة للرجال والنساء. إذا كنت بحاجة إلى مقاس خارج هذا النطاق أو مقاسات مخصصة، يُرجى إبلاغنا وسنبذل قصارى جهدنا لتلبيتها.

❓ هل يمكن لطلاب مختلفين في نفس الطلب اختيار مقاسات مختلفة؟

نعم — يمكن لكل طالب في الطلب الجماعي الحصول على مقاس مختلف تماماً. عند إرسال قائمة الطلاب، ما عليك إلا تضمين المقاس بجوار كل اسم (مثال: علي — L، فاطمة — M، سارة — XL).

❓ هل يمكنني طلب نموذج جاكيت للتحقق من المقاس قبل تقديم الطلب الكامل؟

نعم — يمكننا تصنيع نموذج جاكيت لك. سعر النموذج 500 ريال سعودي (نفس سعر الجاكيت المعتاد)، ويشمل التصميم والشحن المجاني. يتيح لك النموذج التحقق من المقاس وملمس القماش وجودة التصميم قبل الالتزام بالدفعة الكاملة. أبلغنا عند الاستفسار وسنرتب لك ذلك.

٧. وقت الإنتاج والتسليم

❓ كم من الوقت يستغرق استلام جاكيتات السينيور؟

إجمالي الوقت من تأكيد الطلب إلى التسليم عادةً 6–8 أسابيع:

• الإنتاج: تقريباً 5–7 أسابيع (بعد استلام الدفعة الأولى والموافقة على التصميم)

• الشحن والتوصيل: 3–7 أيام عمل بعد الإرسال

خلال موسم التخرج (عادةً أبريل–يوليو)، قد تصل أوقات الإنتاج إلى الحد الأعلى بسبب الطلب المرتفع. نوصي بتقديم الطلب قبل 8 أسابيع على الأقل من حفل التخرج.

❓ متى يجب أن أقدم طلبي للحصول على جاكيتاتي في الوقت المناسب للتخرج؟

يبدأ الإنتاج بعد تأكيد أمرين: (١) استلام الدفعة الأولى بنسبة 50%، و(٢) موافقة مجموعتك على التصميم النهائي. يبدأ العد التنازلي لمدة الإنتاج (5–7 أسابيع تقريباً) من تلك اللحظة. لا يمكننا البدء في التصنيع بدون كلا التأكيدين.

❓ هل سأتلقى تحديثات أثناء الإنتاج؟

نعم. سيواظب عضو فريق سينيور جاكيتس المخصص لك على إبقائك على اطلاع طوال العملية — من الموافقة على التصميم حتى الإرسال. يمكنك أيضاً التواصل في أي وقت عبر واتساب لطلب تحديث عن حالة طلبك.

٨. الشحن والتوصيل

❓ إلى أي دول تُشحن جاكيتات سينيور؟

نشحن دولياً. وجهات التوصيل المؤكدة تشمل:

❓ ما شركات الشحن التي تستخدمونها؟

نستخدم شركات شحن دولية موثوقة تشمل DHL وSMSA وUPS وAramex. يعتمد الناقل المحدد على بلد وجهتك وحجم شحنتك. ستحصل على رقم تتبع بمجرد إرسال طلبك.

❓ كيف أتتبع طلب جاكيتات السينيور؟

بمجرد شحن جاكيتاتك، ستتلقى رقم التتبع منا عبر واتساب. يمكنك بعد ذلك تتبع شحنتك مباشرةً على موقع شركة الشحن (DHL أو SMSA أو UPS أو Aramex حسب شحنتك).

❓ هل يجب أن أدفع رسوم جمركية أو رسوم استيراد؟

تعتمد الرسوم الجمركية ورسوم الاستيراد كلياً على لوائح بلدك وغير مشمولة في سعر الجاكيت. إذا فرضت جمارك بلدك رسوم استيراد، ستحتاج إلى دفعها بشكل منفصل عند التسليم. الرسوم الجمركية في دول الخليج (السعودية والإمارات والكويت وغيرها) عادةً بسيطة.

نقدم طريقتين للدفع:

١. التحويل البنكي — سنزودك بتفاصيل حسابنا البنكي بمجرد تأكيد طلبك.

٢. بطاقة الائتمان أو الخصم — نرسل لك رابط دفع آمن، تدخل بيانات بطاقتك وتدفع أونلاين. هذا خيار شائع جداً ويستخدمه شريحة كبيرة من عملائنا.

كلتا الطريقتين متاحتان بغض النظر عن بلدك. نقبل الريال السعودي والدرهم الإماراتي والدينار البحريني والريال العُماني والدينار الكويتي والريال القطري والدولار الأمريكي.

❓ هل مطلوب دفع عربون؟

نعم. نطلب دفعة أولى بنسبة 50% لبدء الإنتاج. تُستحق 50% المتبقية قبل شحن جاكيتاتك. هيكل الدفع هذا يحمي الطرفين وهو قياسي لجميع طلبات التصنيع المخصصة.

❓ هل تقبلون بطاقات الائتمان أو الخصم؟

نعم — نقبل بكل سرور بطاقات الائتمان والخصم. نرسل لك رابط دفع آمن وتدفع أونلاين باستخدام Visa أو Mastercard أو بطاقتك المحلية (مثل مدى). هذه إحدى أكثر طرق الدفع استخداماً لدينا. فقط أخبرنا أنك تريد الدفع بالبطاقة عند تأكيد طلبك وسنرسل لك الرابط فوراً.

❓ هل تقبلون الدفع عند الاستلام (الكاش)؟

لا — لا نقدم خيار الدفع نقداً عند الاستلام. ومع ذلك، لديك خيارات دفع مريحة: التحويل البنكي أو الدفع أونلاين عبر بطاقة الائتمان أو الخصم من خلال رابط دفع آمن.

يُرحَّب بتغييرات التصميم والتعديلات على قائمة الطلاب قبل بدء الإنتاج. بمجرد دخول جاكيتاتك مرحلة التصنيع، قد لا تكون التغييرات ممكنة. نوصي بشدة بمراجعة وإنهاء جميع تفاصيل التصميم ومعلومات الطلاب قبل دفع العربون.

❓ ماذا يحدث إذا كان هناك خطأ في الجاكيت (اسم خاطئ أو مقاس خاطئ)؟

إذا ارتكبنا خطأً مقارنةً بما تم الموافقة عليه وتأكيده، سنعمل معك لتصحيحه دون تكلفة إضافية. يُرجى التواصل معنا فوراً عبر واتساب بتفاصيل طلبك وصور المشكلة.

❓ هل يمكنني إرجاع أو استبدال جاكيت؟

❓ كيف أغسل جاكيت السينيور؟

للحفاظ على جودة التطريز المخصص والقماش، نوصي بالغسيل الجاف في محل تنظيف جاف متخصص. إذا اضطررت إلى الغسيل في المنزل، استخدم أخف دورة ممكنة بالماء البارد واقلب الجاكيت من الداخل. لا تستخدم آلة التجفيف.

❓ هل يمكنني كي جاكيت السينيور؟

نعم — يمكنك استخدام مكواة البخار على أدنى درجة حرارة. قم دائماً بالكي من الجانب العكسي (من الداخل) لحماية التطريز والباتشات. لا تضع مكواة ساخنة مباشرةً على الأكمام الجلدية أو المناطق المطرزة.

❓ كيف أعتني بالأكمام الجلدية؟

لا ينبغي نقع الجلد (الطبيعي أو الصناعي) في الماء. امسح أكمام الجلد بقطعة قماش مبللة قليلاً عند الحاجة. للجلد الطبيعي، يساعد تطبيق مكيّف الجلد كل بضعة أشهر في الحفاظ على مرونته ومنع التشقق. احتفظ بالجاكيت على علاقة بها حشو للحفاظ على شكل الكتفين.
